Melissa helped our family tremendously through a stressful time, as we were moving into a new home in the area and undergoing construction. She was incredibly understanding throughout the entire construction process and cared for our 1 year old son during this chaotic time with ease. She was very patient and supportive as our son warmed up to her, which happened very organically due to Melissa's nurturing nature. Melissa was always attentive to his scheduling needs and would find songs and activities that our son would enjoy, which continuously kept him entertained. She was always on time and communicative if there were any issues, which eliminated any additional stress throughout the work week. We would recommend Melissa to any family looking for a caretaker that has a true interest in their little one and supports the entire family.
