Are you looking for more than just a childcare giver? I remember my Memo coming to watch me as a kid. Playing tea party, making donuts, drinking cocoa, I couldn't wait for her to visit and loved when she got to watch me. I would like to offer the same atmosphere as my Memo provided me with years ago. I have worked with children for over 10 years. I have a Bachelors in Sociology, a teaching certificate in Texas in Special and General Education. Most of my experience has been with special needs children ages 3 to 5. Currently I substitute teach for The Early Education Program . I also am CPR and First Aid certified for both adults and infants. Please reach out with any questions
Melissa came into our lives in a very specific time when we needed an extra hand with our baby. She was only 7 months at the time, and we hadn’t had anyone take care of her before. As new parents, new to the area, we had to seek help while my wife went to school, and I worked. At first we were pretty worried, lol. To have to leave our baby under the care of someone else. Having someone new, that you don’t know take care of your baby can be a daunting challenge for some of us. But Melissa doesn’t only have experience, she enjoys the 1 on 1 with your baby. She is patient, and at the same time high energy, which is something that our baby appreciates. She doesn’t only let time pass until it’s time to clock off. She’ll even stay longer if needed and she’s able to. All while having a servitude and good attitude. She inclusively was able to also help us with the laundry and cleaning around a bit if the house was a total mess. Have in mind was always clean and happy when she was returned to us. Melissa’s lifelong experience with her own kids and kids with disabilities really comes full force into play when our baby was fuzzy due to teething, separation anxiety, and or just fuzzyness out of being a baby and not knowing what’s going on, lol. In basic terms: she has A LOT of patience to but babies to sleep. 😆 And that is a big deal for us. Specially to me (Dad) when I feel like it takes every ounce of patience to keep a good attitude and a smile in my face. Melisa made sure to take a lot of the load off of our shoulders, loved on our baby, practiced her milestones with her, and most importantly had a great time while taking care of our little one. Whomever is looking for an experience nanny, search no longer. I hope Melissa can find a good home to help some parents with, because she is of tremendous help, and an asset to the household. Specially to take a little break, and breath sometimes much needed. Cough cough - any parent we know. Our services with Melissa resumed because we are relocating. Else we would of loved to have her for much longer. In fact, not having her has made us realize how much of her help is appreciated. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us Melissa, and for being first nanny EVER!! Prob her favorite one. We appreciate you!! ❤️❤️❤️
