About Melissa

Hi, I am a proud mom of four grown children! I loved being a stay at home mom with them, where I could watch them grow in a safe environment. Once all four were in school, I decided to go back to work, but I still wanted to help others. I have been working at a national nonprofit organization for 10+ years now, where I work in a group home to care for individuals with disabilities. I have been looking after the same core group of individuals. I was also a companion to a wonderful woman who was physically and mentally handicapped. We would go on different outings and formed a nice bond. I understand the fundamental importance remains the same with caretaking: to provide emotional and physical support. I am reliable, kind and have so much room left in my heart to watch over your loved ones like they are my own. I would love to talk with you and see if I would be a good fit for you and your family!
