Hi, my name is Melissa! While I'm new to senior care specifically, I have a strong caregiving background as a nanny, assistant teacher, and Registered Behavior Technician. As an RBT, I've worked closely with individuals who require consistent routines, patience, and calm support during moments of confusion or distress. I'm comfortable assisting with daily living activities such as mobility support, meeting adaptive needs, and following structured care plans, including medication routines as directed. I'm dependable, attentive to safety, and a fast learner. I approach caregiving with compassion, respect, and an understanding of how important dignity and consistency are.
