Melissa was simply AMAZING! This was my first time contacting a sitter for my pet bird (conure, 2f) and I was extremely nervous about asking someone to keep her company while I was out of town for a few days. After talking to Melissa, however, that hesitation went away quickly. A quick list of things I immediately appreciated about Melissa: she is a responsive, transparent, and thoughtful communicator; was prompt each day of her booking; offered to send me updates and photos of my pet while they bonded; made sure my pet felt safe, comfortable, and stayed on her routine; and was respectful of my home. She was extremely flexible and gracious with her time — honestly, she made this process so smooth and I felt at ease knowing she was feeding my bird, spending time with her, putting her to bed, and safely locking my home each night. Truly, can’t say enough good things about Melissa !! Will 100% book her again next time I have to travel — hire her ! :D
