If you are the type that doesn't like it when your kids like the sitter better than you then Melissa is not for you! She isn't loved because she gives them anything they want or gives in to demands. It is quite the opposite. She comes with a plan (and sometimes props) and my girls are immersed in a wonderful adventure for the day. She is smart, creative, and confident. Melissa is an excellent role model and very responsible. You will want to send your kids to work so you can stay home with her :-)
