About Melody

Having over nine years of experience as a substitute teacher and tutor in Baltimore County Public Schools, I enjoy helping and tutoring core curriculum instruction. I have found that one on one settings for students who experience challenges in learning may be best until they feel confident in larger settings. I am formally trained in Orton Gilligham, and am working on a graduate degree in psychology and education. I work as a tutor and substitute for students who are having learning challenges and help motivated students catch up which allows them to move toward their goals and expectations. I am available Monday- Friday afternoons and evenings, and will come to your home, your school, if approved, the Towson Armory, and both Baltimore County and Enoch Pratt Libraries for 1 hour sessions.
