About Melynda Joanna

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, polite, and determined. I like working with kids because it's a meaningful job, children give you a whole new perspective and overall working with kids is fun! I'm looking for a job with great communication skills on both ends and comfortable. I started working with kids during covid babysitting family members and from there I started working for family friends and eventually joined LAUSD to become a supervison aide! In my spare time, I like to journal, coloring books, sudoko, create/edit videos, self care, and go for walking with my dog. One thing you should know about me is my is I am a very supportive and nurturing caretaker. I teach with kindness and explanations rather than firm discipline. My skills include patience, strong communication skills not only with parents but children, and problem solving.
