Mercedes was incredible to work with. She's amazing with newborns and our little 2 month old girl loved her. Mercedes was also proactive in the house, using the time when I was feeding to do whatever she could to help make our lives easier from cleaning to laundry and cooking, without prompting. I'd 100% recommend her to a family looking for help.
