About Meredith

Hi! My name is Meredith and I am a freshman at SCU where I'm majoring in Elementary Education. I'm from Seattle, WA and I'm looking to be a part time nanny/babysitter while I finish out my first year of school in California. A little bit about me is that I love to read books, bake, do arts and crafts, swim, go on walks, and spend time outdoors! I like working with kids because they are curious, creative, and full of energy. They keep me on my toes and I find it to be super rewarding when I can be a fun role model that they feel comfortable with. I have been babysitting since I got my babysitting license at 12 years old. I worked at a children's summer camp for five years, volunteered for an after school elementary program, worked at a day care for two years, and spent last summer nannying 3 kids (ages 1, 4, and 8) whom I adored! In my spare time, I like to explore the Bay, play pickleball, go to sporting events, listen to music, and spend time with friends!
