I have more than 10 years of experience as a nanny, providing care for children of different ages including infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers. I've recently done nanny shares caring for two infants/young toddlers of similar ages.


Some of my responsibilities have been bottle feeding, diaper changing and encouraging consistent nap schedules for younger children, as well as playing and providing age appropriate activities, picking up and dropping from school/day care, taking the children outside for walks, the playground, library, museums, local activities, classes and scheduling play dates. I can provide child related laundry and child related tidying if messes happen during my shifts.

Mery was our toddler's nanny for daycare drop-off/pick-up for 6 weeks. She was very caring and compassionate and played well with our son who quickly warmed up to her. She was very punctual and responsive to our requests. We only stopped due to schedule changes at our jobs and new daycare. We'd definitely hire her again.

Mery has been caring for our son as our part time evening nanny since he was 5 months old. She picks him up from daycare, takes him on walks / to the playground, and helps with feeding and bathing. She is warm, reliable, and communicative. Our son is now 13 months old and is very active. She is able to keep him engaged while prioritizing his safety.  We are relocating to another state, and will miss her! We highly recommend her for any childcare needs. 

Mery took care of our son from 3-6mo when he started daycare. She helped him develop a regular eating and sleeping schedule, which supported his sleeping through the night consistently. Mery prioritized the health and safety of our infant at all times. And she communicated with us as he grew to recommend ways we could support his development as a team.

Mery has taken care of our daughter since she was 6 months old. She is both caring and affectionate towards our daughter, and very professional in her ability to enforce things like nap time and exercise. Mery was a lifesaver for our family, providing excellent care for our baby (9 months) and toddler (3 yo) during a gap in our regular childcare arrangements. We hired Mery to watch our son while we were attending a wedding in Boston. She was very responsive and communicative leading up to the evening, and arrived on time. Our son was comfortable with her right away and they had lots of fun playing while we got ready for the wedding. Mery was a perfect fit with our situation and we would hire her again if we were in town again.

Since August 2021, Mery has been caring for my 16 month old son as well as another child (12-month old girl) in our neighborhood nanny share. I'm always impressed by her ability to attend to both babies' needs with grace and composure. Though the babies started on different schedules, somehow she magically got them to sync their naps- she was also able to support the kids as they moved through different transitions (crawling to walking, breast milk/formula to solids etc). Mery is also very reliable and kind- she hasn't missed a day since we started & has been understanding and adaptive when things changed on our end.

Mery has helped us for over six months babysitting several times per week in the Coolidge Corner area. We would keep using her as a babysitter except we are moving out of state in the coming months. 

Mery is very pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend her for other families. She has a calming presence which is much needed in our busy house!

She helped us with our two boys (young toddler and pre-K), who are very active and can be a lot to handle sometimes. In addition to watching them at home, she also took them to parks, the local library, and even the cafe where my big guy likes to have smoothies and watch the T. 

Mery did pick-up from daycare, gave dinner/lunch, and also did put down for naps or bedtime. 

She is good at consistently applying our discipline to the boys, and also I trust her judgement for things that we might not have discussed beforehand.

Mery was a wonderful temp nanny for us while we were both in between different situations! She was warm and energetic with our 9month old son, asked questions about his schedules and was dedicated to keeping him safe and happy. We were glad to have her in our home!

Mery is a great nanny.  She was the first nanny we hired, caring for our infant daughter.  Trusting someone outside our family with our daughter was a big step for us, and Mery exceeded our expectations from the beginning.

Mery nannied for my 1 year old son for approximately a year. She was very dependable, caring, nurturing, and affectionate with him. She always kept him entertained, whether inside or outside the house. They would go on frequent walks outside.  She taught him many things and he really bonded with her. He is now in daycare but still recalls her name and misses her. 

Mery has been with us for a year now, since my daughter was 2 months old. She is warm and diligent and I always feel like my daughter is in responsible, capable hands while I am at work. I would highly recommend her to any family! 

Mery looked after our son starting when he was about 9 months old.  She took wonderful care of him - he has always been very nervous around other adults, but he became comfortable and happy with her.  Mery is responsible, gentle, fun, intuitive, and smart.  I trust her completely.  My son started daycare recently, so she is no longer our nanny, but I look forward to seeing her when she comes over to babysit.

Mery has been our exclusive sitter since meeting her in 2013. She s responsible, kind, and trustworthy. She cares for our two boys (now 2 and 4) with empathy, skill, compassion, and humor. Always following our lead or preferences while still supporting the kids; if a situation requires saying no to the boys, she does it calmly and with great skill (deflecting the situation or perhaps bringing humor to it.) We really appreciate this kind of inherent expertise with regards to child psychology and have learned a great deal from Mery. For example, she helped us quickly and happily transition our son to a crib. That night, in fact, he started sleeping through the night! There have been many occasions like this example where I can t help but describe our favorite sitter as having definite Mary Poppins like qualities!
