Hi, I'm Mia! I'm 22 years old and have been caring for children for about 7 years. Over the years, I've worked with many families and cared for kids of all ages. Even managing multiple kids at once. I know how to balance different needs while keeping everyone safe, happy, and engaged. I'm great at problem-solving and staying calm under pressure, which really helps when little ones need extra patience or situations get a bit tricky. I also enjoy helping beyond childcare-I can cook kid-friendly meals and snacks, and I don't mind doing light housekeeping to make life easier for parents. On top of that, I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), so I have experience supporting children with different needs, including those on the autism spectrum. I'm also CPR and AED certified for both infants and adults, so safety is always my top priority. Caring for kids is something that comes naturally to me, and I treat every child with the same love and patience I'd want for my own family.
