About Mia

Hi! My name is Mia and I'm 18 years old. I also am currently a senior at Saint Ursula Academy. I stay involved through cross country, mock trial, and community service at a program for kids with disabilities! As the middle child with an older sister and younger brother, caring for kids has always come naturally to me. I have over six years of childcare experience, including regular babysitting and nannying during past summers where I have cared for all ages. I've had such positive experiences working with kids and they bring me so much joy whether that's doing crafts, making up games, helping with homework, or playing outside. I also work as a hostess, which has strengthened my communication skills and ability to stay calm in busy environments. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, am comfortable with pets, and prioritize open communication with parents.
