About Mia

Hi, I'm Mia, a freshman in college attending University. I've been babysitting for the past 6 years, and due to being the oldest of my two siblings, as well as my 13+ cousins, I have always loved connecting with kids. Now that I am away from family I feel more than ever that I would love to have a position where I could connect with kids again! I'm very responsible, having been the leader of many organizations throughout my middle and high school years, including president of the National Art Honor Society at my school. I love art (specifically painting) and getting to be creative, so that is something I especially love to cultivate in kids when I watch them. My other interests include reading, dancing, and theater. I love to cook (especially with a good recipe to follow,) am always open to helping with school work, and being that one of my previous jobs was cleaning an home rental, I have developed a good standard for cleaning which I'm very open to providing.
