About Micah

Hi families! I'm Micah - a preschool teacher and youth mentor with 5+ years of experience supporting children ages 2 - 15. I teach in the mornings and am looking for a consistent afterschool position starting around 2:30 p.m. I bring a calm, grounded presence and a strong understanding of early childhood development. I've worked in preschools, community programs, and as an outdoor expedition leader for neurodiverse youth. I offer play-based, nurturing care; help with after-school routines; homework support; outdoor activities; and consistency you can rely on. I love creating spaces where children feel safe, seen, and confident.
