Hi! My name is Michaela , and I'm thrilled to meet you! I've found myself in many childcare positions throughout life. From working at a daycare, nannying, working at an Early Childhood Education (ECE) center, to babysitting for many families I met through that experience. I'm now pursuing my MA in Elementary Education! During my time at the ECE center, I've worked in the infant class as a lead teacher. In this class I have worked with kids aged 2 months to 1 year. We practiced a curriculum focusing on developmental milestones and fine/gross motor skills. I would describe myself as patient, nurturing, and creative. Working in a class with 10 infants, being patient is certainly a pre req! I'm fully invested in the physical and mental wellbeing of the children in my care.
