About Michael

Hello, my name is Michael and I am a rising senior working on my BA in Psychology and Communication studies along with a minor in History. My past experience working with kids includes SkyHawks Sports Academy where I was in charge of a sports day camp of up to 20 kids. One key aspect was our words of the day. During each day we needed to implement the teaching of a key word including: respect, perseverance, empathy, and more. I thoroughly enjoyed working here as it allowed me to be a positive influence in these kids lives, though for a short period of time, I was able to help them develop in the world of sports and character. In regard to babysitting, I am comfortable in following the rules, guidelines, and schedules parents may have for their children. From my past year of studying developmental psychology, I prefer physical and educational play over technology, as well as using my knowledge of developmental psych to help children learn and understand the world around them.
