I work for a senior care service and I have work for a county senior nutrition program. I took care of family members with cancer and Alzheimer's, then worked with activity programs with seniors, doing housecleaning, shopping, doctor appointments. I just sat and talked, whatever they wanted me to do. I love working with seniors, because they need TLC when family can't give it. Or sometimes they don't have any family, and they need people to care about them too. By working for the county, I met a lot of family that I have helped out with their loved ones, besides my job related patients.
