Michelle is currently our nanny for our 18 month old son. She has been wonderful; great at interacting and playing with him. She is flexible when he is having a more grumpy day, trying to engage with him in different ways. She preps his lunch and snacks, as well as puts him down for his nap. Our son has really taken a liking to her. I would definitely recommend Michelle!
