About Michelle

Hi there! My name is Michelle and caregiving is genuinely a true passion of mine. I have years of volunteering experience and three years of paid experience caring for children (both English and Mandarin-speaking), coupled with a college degree in psychology, which have solidified my commitment to fostering the growth and development of kids. I've found that patience, creativity, and an empathetic demeanor allow me to connect with children on a deeper level. I always ensure clear communication with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational/creative programs with kids. I also have a car, am comfortable with pets, and am willing to help with cooking and light housekeeping. My positive experiences in previous childcare roles drive my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives, and I look forward to bringing care and support to your family!
