About Michelle

With over 28 years in education, Michelle brings patience, structure, and genuine care to every space she enters. As a former English and Drama teacher, Fine Arts Chair, and coach, she has spent decades guiding children and teens--not just academically, but emotionally and creatively--helping them build confidence and find their voice. Outside the classroom, Michelle is a filmmaker, producer, and entrepreneur, known for her calm presence, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to any environment. She's the kind of person who can bring order to chaos while still making people feel seen, safe, and supported. As the founder of The S. O. W. Foundation, she continues to mentor youth and pour into others with purpose. Michelle leads with heart, shows up with integrity, and creates spaces where people feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.
