About Michelle

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am a 52-year-old soon to be empty nester living in Lyons. I enjoy home projects, walking my dog, gardening and art. My professional career is deeply rooted in customer service with a focus in the hospitality industry. I started caregiving, a little over 10 years ago and have found that this is where my passion is. My main focus other than providing exceptional care is maintaining one's dignity. Having compassion, being able to understand their needs, even if they cannot express it. Have patience. Communication with family is so important. I have experience with memory care, hospice care, medication management, feeding (G tube), bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, running errands, activity planning and going to doctors appointments to name a few of my qualifications. My ideal schedule would be 15-25 hours weekly. I am very flexible to accommodate the schedule that best works for you! I hope we can chat soon!
