I'm looking for a job that is able to accommodate my schedule as I am a full time nursing student. I'm available evenings/overnights ideally Thursday-Saturday but can do a day or two throughout the week! I am BLS certified and have experience as a Patient Care Tech in a general surgical floor for 6 months and pharmacy technician of 5 years. I like caring for seniors because I most want to feel heard and love sharing their pockets and wisdoms and life stories! Whether it's a confused or coherent senior, I enjoy making them feel safe and valued in such a vulnerable environment. My skills include assistance with activities of daily living not limited to feeding, bathing, dressing, skilled at listening and clearly communicating with my patients, and approaching them with empathy and care. If you're looking for someone to watch your family member who requires a little more attention (memory, incontinent, etc) I'm your person.
