If I could give ten stars, I would. Michelle has been part of our family since our daughter was 3 months old. She was our full-time nanny until our daughter started a preschool program at age 2, but has since stayed on with us for summers and regular babysitting/weekend nannying. I consider Michelle a third parent in our house, because she has truly been an invaluable part of raising our child. Sometimes, my daughter will cry for "Shelle" when she's upset...she loves her THAT much. Michelle takes such consideration when planning activities, making meals, and simply playing around the house. I credit potty-training to Michelle, because she was so diligent in helping our daughter toilet train. I am always so impressed and full of joy when I hear Michelle playing with our daughter - they have SO much fun, Michelle never seems to tire of the games, imaginative play, and silliness. It brings so much joy into our house. Beyond being like a third parent to our daughter, Michelle takes care of so many things around the house for us. I don't know what we would ever do without her and I hope she is part of our life forever.
