About Michelle

Three words that describe my personality are responsible, caring, and patient. I am responsible because I take safety and dependability very seriously, always making sure that children are well cared for and routines are followed. I am caring, which helps me create a warm and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and valued. I am also patient, which allows me to handle different situations calmly and give children the time and attention they need to learn, play, and grow. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old as a babysitter, which gave me early experience in caring for children one-on-one. A few years later, I worked as a camp counselor for three summers in a row, where I was responsible for about 20 children each day. In that role, I taught lessons, supervised activities, and created fun and engaging programs that kept the kids active and learning. These experiences have given me strong skills in both individual childcare and group supervision.
