I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid, and I can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I earned my high school diploma.
