About Michelle

I'm Michelle, a lifelong educator and caregiver with over a decade of experience supporting children from birth through young adulthood. For 10 years, I've worked in education teaching 2nd-10th grade, mentoring teachers, and serving in the network office of a high-performing school network. These roles deepened my understanding of child development, learning differences, and the importance of nurturing curiosity, confidence, and joy. Currently, I'm an education consultant helping schools strengthen instruction and student outcomes, but I truly miss the personal connections that come from directly caring for children; from infants discovering the world to teens finding their voice. I've worked with kids since age 13 as a daycare assistant, nanny, and sitter. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and thoughtful.
