We needed childcare for the next day due to scheduling conflicts. Miguel responded quickly to my post and provided his phone number. We discussed the child, timing, and he asked for and I agreed to a higher rate since it was a last-minute request. He confirmed the booking. Miguel never showed up and did not respond to phone or text to confirm whether he was on his way or showing up at all. Better communication would have been appreciated so that I could have looked for an alternative sitter.
