I have worked closely with children across residential and clinical settings, supporting their safety, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. As a Residential Guide, I provided trauma-informed care, behavior support, and structured routines for youth with diverse needs. Now, as an ABA clinician, I apply evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. My approach is grounded in empathy, consistency, and meeting each child where they are, ensuring they feel supported, seen, and empowered in every environment.
