About Mikey

Hi! My name is Michael (but I like to go by Mikey) and I am a freshman at Florida State University studying fashion marketing and product development. I am a former IB student who passed the program with a 33/45. I am particularly skilled in English, but I am willing to help in most core subjects or any test prep. I used to be a student who needed tutoring my self and I believe that any kid could succeed in any subject. I'd describe my personality as kind, energetic, and talkative I like tutoring because I love helping people and building relationships. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help students improve while also encouraging students to go beyond in their education. In my spare time, I like to read, work out, and design, sew, and alter clothing. One thing you should know about me is I am a very patient person, so if a student needs extra time I am willing to work with them. My skills include knowledge, active listening, and communication.
