Hi, I'm Mila, an Olympia area local! I support families by providing reliable care. My year of experience caring for children aged 1-12+ has equipped me with the skills to create a nurturing and engaging environment. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and prioritize open communication with parents through verbal updates and texts. I am also comfortable with light housekeeping and travel. I have a college degree and current First Aid Training, as well as fluency in both English and Spanish.
