About Mila

I am an experienced and reliable nanny with a background in Psychology and a strong commitment to supporting children's development in a safe, structured, and caring environment. Most recently, I provided full time care for 3yo twins in Chicago, where I focused on age-appropriate learning activities and consistent routines that encouraged cooperation and independence. Prior to that, I worked for a family in Ny, caring for children ages 3 and 6. In this role, I managed school and activity transportation, daily schedules, hygiene routines and household organization related to the children's care. In addition to my childcare experience, I completed an internship at an Early Intervention Center in Brazil, which strengthened my understanding of child development. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, fully vaccinated, a strong driver and swimmer, pet-friendly. I take pride in being flexible, attentive, and deeply invested in the well-being of the families I work with.
