I was so excited to meet Millie. We had an interview set up. I set aside time for that interview. I asked for a couple references to call ahead of time. Millie offered one reference. I never heard back from that person. Later that day, Millie never came to the interview and never communicated afterwards via text or by phone to explain why she didn't show up. I realize things in life happen, but to me this is a red flag. I still hope Millie is okay.
