About Minh

Minh took care of our daughter from 19-23 months old and was a joy to have in our home. Kids grow and change so quickly at that age and we could not have asked for a better partner than we found in Minh. Minh worked with us as we went through some major family/life transitions, moving, switching daycares, and suffering family losses. She rapidly adapted to our household and was fully independent and reliable from the start. She is incredibly adept at understanding a child’s personality and communication style. She fostered a playful and happy learning environment, and we really appreciated how she constantly taught our daughter new things and engaged her curiosity. Minh is incredibly patient, kind and encouraging. Daily activities included reading, learning new phrases, making up games, playing outside, and finding ways to get our very picky daughter to eat more foods. Beyond “regular" activities, Minh always took time to encourage our daughter to explore anything she found particularly interesting. Deer outside? Minh would have her by the window watching and teaching her all about deer. Workers fixing the house? Minh would watch them with her and teach her about the work they were doing. Our daughter flourished under Minh’s care, she looked forward to her arrival every morning and often talked about her before bed at night. We really cannot thank Minh enough for the joy she has brought to our home, the wonderful experiences and education she provided our daughter, and the kindness and flexibility she showed our family during difficult times. She was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and we truly can’t recommend her enough.
