We got to meet and we spoke for an hour. She seemed knowledgeable and experienced however she decided to not proceed with us because her current part-time family decided to give her more hours. This is a very common practice with part time nannies on here. They go on interviews and waste families time so they can use that to negotiate higher pay and more hours with other families. I felt the need and responsibility to report that perhaps that will deter them from this selfish practice.
