I make sure to keep the Bar and the Utensils clean at all times, which includes cleaning the bar after every shift, and I work 6 days a week. Making sure the bar is clean at all times since I'm the face of the bar. Which includes ordering Stock, Managing the Till, and Supervision of the Waitress. On a personal Note my Parents always rely on me for cleaning the bathroom!!! Because its always SUPER clean.
