About Mollie

Hello there! I'm Mollie, and I've been working in childcare since I was 15, starting as a counselor at a summer daycare program. This experience led me to various roles, including co-teaching at daycare centers and community programs over the course of six years. During the final two years of my social work undergraduate studies, I discovered my passion for one-on-one work in special education, particularly as a behavioral aide. Additionally, my time where I supported families in navigating systemic barriers in education and healthcare, deepened my commitment to family advocacy. I believe strongly in providing individualized support for each family and ensuring the emotional and physical safety of every child. These values are what ultimately led me to pursue a career as a nanny!
