About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly, a nanny and teacher passionate about helping children explore, learn, and grow with confidence. I'm 24 and hold a degree in Human Development & Family Studies, with years of experience caring for children of all ages. I began babysitting at 12, and for the past three years, I've worked as a full-time nanny, building meaningful relationships with families. I've also worked as a lead teacher in an infant and toddler classroom and provided one-on-one support to children with autism as a Behavioral Health Professional. I'm currently teaching at a nature-based school, guiding children through outdoor play, exploration, and curiosity-led learning, and I love bringing that same spirit of adventure and creativity into my nannying. Caring for children comes naturally to me, and I strive to be a positive role model while encouraging their growth, confidence, and joy. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and creating fun, engaging days for the kids I care for!
