About Molly

I grew up with siblings significantly younger than me so I spent my pre teen and teenage years caring for toddlers. I am able to change diapers, bottle feed and burp, as well as keep kids of all ages mentally stimulated and engaged! I have summer camp and ski instructor experience with ages 3-10 and have outdoor adventure trip leadership experience with ages 12-17. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, relaxed, and I am extremely aware of my surroundings. I like working with kids because their brains are so malleable. They are absorbing everything around them all of the time and being able to influence their development in positive ways is such a beautiful opportunity! My schedule is very flexible at the moment and I can work as little or as much needed, up to 30 hours a week. My base pay is $20/hour. In my spare time, I like to read, get outside and go for mellow walks or hikes! I love doing puzzles and board games and cooking meals and watching movies with my friends!
