About Molly

I've always enjoyed working with children and supporting families. As the oldest of three sisters, I helped care for my younger siblings growing up. In high school and college I babysat often, helped in my church nursery, and tutored children who were learning English. Later I worked with physically and mentally impaired adults and their families in both home and daycare settings. When my own children were young, I volunteered in nursery and elementary classrooms, helped with Girl Scouts and Daisies, and worked at my daughter's dance studio with children from preschool through high school. Most recently, I've been providing morning care for a now6-year-old--helping him wake up, get ready, have breakfast, and get to school. I'm engaging, approachable, and playful, but also clear and consistent with expectations. I take a gentle but direct approach, helping kids stay on track and start their day in a calm, positive way.
