Hello, I have the pleasure of working with Molly at in the toddler and preschool after school program at an affluent private school in Boston. On an average night the we manage anywhere between 5 and 10 children between 18 months and 4 years old. Molly has experience with diapering and feeding the children, including 2 children with significant food allergies. She is incredibly reliable, has a great work ethic and has a wonderful friendly demeanor with all of our children. She is great at coming up with on the spot activities, redirecting undesirable behaviors and keeping up with even the most active preschoolers.
