About Molly

My name is Molly and I've had a passion for child care and behavioral management since I was a teen. I spent many years working as a PCA before I had the wonderful opportunity of being coming a nanny for a friend of mine. My son made many happy memories with her twins. Once they started school, I got a job working at a school specifically designed for children who struggle with emotional behavioral disorders. I spent four years there before transitioning to work with adults with EBD. I'd describe my personality as quirky, kindhearted and supportive. I like working with kids because they see the world from a different perspective I started working with kids when I was 15- working with a 8-year-old girl with cerebral palsy at the daycare/respite at home (along with her twin sister) In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, make candles, play with our cats, cook. My skills include deescalation, behavior modification, setting clear expectations and boundaries
