About Mona

Hi! I'm Mona, a warm, reliable caregiver and trained practitioner offering support for individuals navigating medical, emotional, and day to day challenges. My background includes hands on caregiving, mind-body healing work, and trauma informed coaching and counseling. I hold a degree in Psychology from UCLA and a trauma-informed coaching certification through an ICF accredited training program. I'm also a lifelong student, educator, and advocate- continuously learning and teaching practical tools for emotional well being, nervous system regulation, and science backed healing and support strategies. In addition to hands on care, I offer 1:1 sessions (both virtual and in person) centered on supportive healing, stress reduction, empathetic guidance, and evidence based tools for navigating life's challenges.
