About Monica

I have personal life experience with elderly patients, particularly those affected by Alzheimer's, this experience fueled my passion for providing compassionate care and support. My mother and two aunts were diagnosed with early on set Alzheimer's. Previously my career was in management and customer care. I made the decision to become her full time care giver, I educated myself on elderly care and began my journey with her. After her passing in 2016 I assisted with the care of neighbors and friends who needed help with elderly family members. Throughout this journey I developed a stronger sense of compassionate communication, patience, and empathy. I will provide companionship and support to elderly individuals, assisting them with daily activities, routines, engaging in conversations, and supporting them based on their needs. I have seen how difficult it is to find help. I want to help families that need an occasional break. I am compassionate, genuine, and honest.
