About Monica

Learning should be an exciting journey. I'm a certified teacher with a graduate degree and five years of experience. I am also a native Italian speaker and have spoken Italian my entire life. I create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment, building confidence and a love for learning. I actively listen to students and encourage open communication to understand their needs. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate small successes. Open communication with students and parents builds trust. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I'm eager to help you or your student succeed in Foreign Language at the Middle School, High School, or Adult level.
