About Monica

It is our great pleasure to write a reference letter for Monica. Monica has been taking care of our son for the past two years and we are immensely grateful our paths have crossed. She has exceeded all our expectations as a care provider and we can’t recommend her strongly enough. We are parting ways now simply because our son will start school. Monica joined us when our son was 19 months old and we could not have hoped for a better care provider. We both parents work a large fraction of the time from home most of the time so we got to interact closely with her. We witnessed first hand her skills as a caregiver. Our son bonded with her immediately and she has filled our house with fun, laughter, and happiness ever since. They sing, dance, read, learn new crafts, and play together constantly. She is very conscientious about working on key milestones, helps with his naps and schedule, and suggests activities and toys for him. She dealt with our son's evolution with great patience and a positive attitude that brought us much support. She cared for him simply with great love and dedication. Monica is warmhearted, organized, efficient, and overall extremely reliable. She quickly gained our full trust. Besides, she is always very accommodating to the requests and changes we had due to unexpected circumstances or schedule changes. She is easy to interact with, communicates clearly, and we always have very constructive and open-minded conversations when discussing care choices. She goes above and beyond to help our family as much as possible, supporting all of us by taking care of our son’s laundry, cleaning toys, tidying up common places, organizing, cooking healthy and delicious meals for all of us. She always leaves our house in much better condition at the end of the day. In addition, she is very mindful of our son’s health and safety. By consistently and patiently speaking Spanish with our son, she made him an excellent Spanish speaker. She is simply driven by kindness and love. We cannot recommend Monica more strongly.
