Kids are fun! And a lot of work. I know firsthand how important it is to have a sitter you trust, someone who makes your kids feel safe and secure, and who your child looks forward to seeing. I've been taking care of infants, toddlers and kids since I was a teenager. I come to new sitting jobs with a checklist (first aid kit? fire extinguisher? allergies? favorite foods?) and ready to play with your child. My approach is loving and firm with boundaries - neither overly permissive nor ultra strict. And, in your house, it's your rules! Now that my own kids are "big" I especially miss babies and little ones and I'm available to help other parents out.

Monica started caring for our daughter in March '25 when she was 19 months old. And since then, our daughter has had a fantastic time with her. During our initial conversation, she devised a checklist, which made us notice we were missing an emergency kit. She has excellent communication skills, and since joining our lives, our daughter has started picking up many English words in a family that exclusively speaks Turkish. Monica considers our daughter's needs and mood in our daily routine and plans the day accordingly. Our daughter is super excited when she sees her, which is the most critical part for us.
