About Monica

Nurturing young minds is my passion! I've worked in special education field for 8years and have worked 2 years with after school programs for children so I'm familiar with children a lot , I bring a patient, creative, and friendly approach to childcare. Safety is always my first priority My background includes some college coursework, CPR Training, and Early Child Development coursework. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents using their preferred method and follow their lead in enforcing household rules. I speak both English and Spanish. I'm eager to use my skills to create a fun and enriching environment for your little one, and I hope to be helpful to your family!
