About Monshaye

Hello Families, At this point and time in my life, I am a graduate with an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development, Bachelors in Human Services, and will be working on my Masters in Early Childhood Development/Child psychology. I am the second oldest of five children and was the go to babysitter for my younger siblings growing up. My experience with babysitting has been family, friends, and families that I've met while working in childcare. I have experience babysitting children ranging from newborn to 14 years of age. I worked part time for an Creative Learning Curriculum based child care center with Infants up to preschool age children. Currently, I work full-time in an inspired childcare center as the Site Supervisor. I absolutely love children, watching them play, discover, grow, and being able to be an influence in their development.
