Hi - I'm Montea I spent nine years running a youth arts education school, working closely with young people and creating hands on lessons that encouraged confidence and creative thinking. I'm steady, patient, and used to setting a calm rhythm for the day. I've also supported young people during extended programs away from home, which meant keeping clear routines, managing medication schedules, and staying in consistent communication with families.
